Questions For You

Please provide the following information in your initial email or phone call:
  • Date, Time, and Location of your event/events?
  • Indoor or Outdoor? If outdoor, where will plan "B" take place if it needs to be moved inside?
  • Do you have a wedding coordinator? If yes, who?
  • How many guests do you plan on having at your event?
  • Do you know if your ceremony/event will be mostly the traditional classical style of music (please see Classical List below) or do you think you may be more interested in including contemporary selections (please see Contemporary List below)?
  • Will you be inviting a friend or family member to accompany the ensemble? (sing a solo or play an instrument)
  • If for a wedding ceremony, would you like the ceremony musicians to play your cocktail hour (usually a blend of classical and standard jazz like Frank Sinatra, Cole Porter, etc.? Dinner hour?
  • If you are in need of a reception band please let me know the time frame and what type of music you would be interested in having.

Please be aware of a few considerations: 

1. Outdoor occasions will have to be monitored for weather conditions. Our instruments are not made to withstand extreme heat or cold and they
cannot be exposed to rain or even rain-like conditions. All of these types of conditions can be easily worked out with a little creative design (i.e.
placing the group under a covered walkway or just inside open doors). All outdoor occasions need to have a “Plan B” for relocation.

2. Indoor occasions must provide us a location with plenty of room to perform our instruments.

3. Beach weddings are just wonderful!!! Please let me help you select the group that would suit this type of location (i.e. the harp and marimba are
not very suitable instruments because of their size and the difficulty in moving them on and off the sand – not to mention the destructive power of
sand in their mechanisms).

4. All locations, indoors or outdoors, we will need to be provided with armless chairs for each member of the group.
